Ministry of Finance Web Portal

APOPSI IT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, successfully fulfilling the contractual scope with the Ministry of Finance, has developed the Ministry’s Central Web Portal.

The project, “Web Portal of the Central Services of the Ministry of Finance for the Citizen”, involved the design and implementation of a unified online gateway that consolidates the Ministry’s existing portals and provides services to citizens, businesses, and public sector organizations.

Key objectives of the project include:

Strengthening the operational capacity of the Central Services of the Ministry of Finance.

Facilitating both internal use of the Portal by Ministry personnel and external use by citizens, as well as by public and private sector entities, extending its reach beyond national borders. To this end, the Portal is available in both Greek and English.

The overall aim of the project was the establishment of a single, integrated Web Portal for the Ministry of Finance, incorporating its existing portals (e.g., the central Ministry of Finance portal, the General Secretariat for Information Systems & Administrative Support, the General Accounting Office of the State, Pensions, Customs, General State Chemical Laboratory, Public Property, etc.).
This unified platform offers a coherent structure and a standardized design, together with a mechanism for the systematic management, distribution, and utilization of information. By enabling effective processing with modern methods and tools, the Portal supports the provision of tax, customs, and citizen/business-related data, thereby contributing to the development of the national economy while addressing the needs of both citizens and enterprises.
